What AllCarsAfrica is

AllCarsAfrica is a platform connecting vehicle buyers with dealers and rental businesses across Africa. We provide the technology that lets businesses list vehicles and buyers browse, search, and message them directly. We are not a party to any sale or rental agreement made between a buyer and a business.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Listings

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, including vehicle condition, pricing, and availability. AllCarsAfrica does not inspect or verify vehicles listed on the platform.

Payments

AllCarsAfrica does not currently hold or process payments for vehicle purchases or rentals. Any payment for a rental booking or vehicle purchase happens directly between you and the business, through the business's own payment arrangements. This section will be updated if and when AllCarsAfrica introduces in-platform payment processing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to: post false or misleading listings, harass or spam other users, attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting measures, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and fees

Certain business features (such as enhanced analytics or listing visibility boosts) may require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms for these features will be presented at the time of purchase.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of other users, or the successful completion of any transaction between a buyer and a business. Disputes between buyers and businesses are the responsibility of those parties to resolve.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllCarsAfrica is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any transaction conducted between users off-platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. [Placeholder — confirm once company registration/incorporation is finalized.]
